Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email].

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost during transit, please contact us. After verification with the shipping carrier, we may issue a replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
